My Story
It all started in 2005 with Massage School, and 2006 with Graduation.
My Experience
In the beginning, there was massage therapy. I’ve worked in chiropractors offices, wellness studios, and spas. It has been more than 20 years now! Time flies.
Massage is such a powerful healing ally but there was always more beyond the body…the body was telling me stories.
There was energy.
Mind. Body. Spirit.
A Transformational Crisis Guide
I didn’t know I was an empath until my mid 20’s. And unfortunately when you don’t know how to ground, protect, and clear yourself as an empath you have a higher chance of burnout. So through trial and error, I learned how to find the tools to help myself.
How did I get here?
The wounded healer way. I am an AuDHD solo mother. I’ve been married previously, and I believe that my own personal experience as a SA & DA survivor and other life experiences have assisted me in looking through an empathetic compassionate lens. It is through my own experiences that wisdom continues to be found. Teachings of The Phoenix.
My Path Forward
Being blessed with a shaman's guidance on my path helped me understand my connection with the akashic records(the cosmic library) and my role as a “time traveler” & “dreamworker”.
I am very grateful for these blessings that channel through me even when the shamanic path can seem so intense and filled with initiations! No wonder being a shaman was considered a curse. What an honor it is to “come back” and remember this work! A blessing & a curse that the shaman's soul chooses. But with honor, acceptance, & courage-the shaman can continue to return with the medicine to share.

My Work
“With great power, comes great responsibility.”
In 2020, when the world was being shaken up with illness, grief, and uncertainty- I asked my spirit guides how I could help. I was told by my guides that I was meant to follow the path of a shaman. So after that, my life got even more wild and I continued to surrender to where I was being led and shown glimpses of how I was going to serve the collective.
My role here on this planet is to assist the Divine Feminine with remembering who she is, guiding her to access more of her power through self inquiry, self love, self compassion, and self empowerment. Reminding her she is already connected to her ancestors and guides. What she has been looking for is within her.
On this journey of discovery, I developed a passion for Shadow Work(Inner Work) and Plant Medicine and now I incorporate these offerings. Working with the spirits of the plants & animals.

I use the tools that I have found along the way to assist you on your journey, fellow traveler.
I have apprenticed with a very gifted shaman assisting in continuing to heal myself and experiencing soul retrievals, past life regressions, compassionate depossessions, and other shamanic healings and journeys. I will forever be a student and look forward to the many teachers that will align on my path throughout my life. Each of their medicines were meant to be shared through the medicine I share with you.

In 2019, I was certified as a Reiki Master(Usui lineage) and became an Ordained Minister. During 2019 & 2020, I gained experience from paranormal investigations alongside a psychic medium.
I also traveled to Tucson, Arizona to get certified in Ashiatsu.
