Reiki
We will open up with burning sacred medicines such as sage or use holy water then move into reiki/energy healing and grounding. Sound healing tools can be used in addition.Remote options available.
Intuitive massage can be incorporated for in person healings.
This offering is in 1 hour, 1.5 hour, or 2 hours increment options.

Sound Healing
Crystals, sound bowls, rattles, and drums may be used intuitively and are optional according to preference and comfort.
Add-on this to your next experience and enjoy the waves of the sound produced, as it washes over you.

Ceremony
This is a ceremony consisting of plant medicines (Cacao, Hape’, Bobinsana, and more), essential oils, sage, palo santo, and/or tobacco, agua de florida, and rose water.
I will hold space for you, do a cleansing if needed, and allow whatever to come up that needs to come up and be seen…released, and healed.
This offering lasts 2-6 hours depending on what you are needing.

Cord Cutting
This offering is for those struggling letting go of someone or something or feel like something is holding you back.
We use sacred fire to assist you with this act of releasing. This will include cord cutting and grounding shamanic techniques after.
This offering lasts around a half an hour.
What is Reiki?
Reiki is designed to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and encourage healing by channeling positive energy through the practitioner's hands.
During a session the practitioner gently places their hands on or just above the recipient's body. This soothing touch helps to balance the body's energy flow, creating a sense of harmony and well-being.
Clients might notice a sense of warmth, calmness, and rejuvenation after a Reiki session, making it a cherished practice for both physical and emotional healing.
Please allow for time to rest afterwards, instead of jumping right back into hectic activities.

What is a Sound Healing?
This offering uses sound bowls, chimes, rattles, drums, sage, and/or palo santo to help the recipient slip deeper within. Enjoy the waves of vibration as they wash over your relaxed body, mind, and spirit. Melt-worthy, no doubt!
Sound Healing is shown to reduce stress, anxiety, and depression. It calms the nervous system, lowers blood pressure, and reduces pain.

What is a Ceremony?
